Boroujerd's old 280-hectare area still retains its historic structure, which has nearly 50 historic houses. Now they are mostly located on Jafari, Safa, Shohada and Bahr al-Ulum streets.

Haj Seyed Ghafoor Barbideh old guesthouse in Iran

 The house of Haj Seyed Ghafoor Barbideh related to 1292 AH. It is located in Boroujerd, Koi Aref neighborhood, No. 96, and this work was registered in 1976 with the registration number 1340 as one of the national monuments of Iran.

Soltani's house

Soltani's house were built during the Qajar era and it is located in Boroujerd, Chenarsokhteh neighborhood, Sagha al-Islami alley, Nos. 48, 50, 52. This work was registered in 1976 with the registration number of 1328, as one of the national monuments of Iran.

Sadrzadeh Nabavi Tabatabai's traditional house in Iran 

Sadrzadeh Nabavi Tabatabai's house were built during the Qajar era and it is located in Boroujerd, Bahr al-Ulum Street, Moahbi Alley. This work was registered in 2004 with the registration number of 11754 as one of the national monuments of Iran.

 

Goodarzi's house

 Goodarzi's Qajar house is located in Boroujerd, Shariati Street, Rangineh Mosque Alley. This work was registered in 2007 with the registration number of 20058 as one of the national monuments of Iran.

Egyptian (Mesri) house

The Egyptian house which were built in the Qajar time is located in Boroujerd, Safa Street, Safa Square Alley, adjacent to Samtieh Park. This work was registered in 2003 with the registration number of 10873 as one of the national monuments of Iran.

Hajri 

Hajri House belongs to the Qajar-Pahlavi era and it is located in Boroujerd, Shohada Street, Bashir Al-Moazzam Alley, Zomard Alley. This work was registered in 2005 as one of the national monuments of Iran.

Homayouni 

Homayouni's is another Qajar house in Iran that is located in Boroujerd, Shohada Street, Bashir Al-Mu'azzam Alley, Zomard Alley. This work was registered in 2005 with the registration number of 12538 as one of the national monuments of Iran.

Unfortunately, in recent years, the owners of these historic buildings and some profiteers are seeking money by destroying these buildings and building shopping malls and passages instead of them. This have axed the roots of this cultural heritage, which destroys their identity through negligence or profiteering.

In recent years, the study and protection of valuable buildings in this context became vital for relevant organizations. Most of the monuments in Boroujerd date to the Qajar era and some before that. Also some of its mosques and aristocratic houses are popular in tourist and historical notes.
